The Blockchain Technologies Corporation is expanding. We are searching for talented assistant to our Director of HR for our Manhattan office. Areas of responsibility
Our director assistants play a vital role in the success of the department, in this case our talent acquisition and care of our employees while simultaneously innovating our business processes. You will receive thorough training through our Leadership Development program, and become included in the everyday strategic decision making of that department.
Key tasks include
- Assisting the Director in screening the applications.
- Running background checks on candidates.
- Presenting your ideas to the leadership in a knowledgeable and convincing manner.
Your profile
You thrive on responsibility and you are able to build structures and initiatives that provide new employees a great start in the company. You are able to think structurally as well as creatively and possess excellent communication skills and leadership experience. You are a fast learner, an eager and open-minded person with great desire to grow and learn. Thinking outside the box is a natural part of this job and you must be able to adapt to the marketplace and communicate positively and convincingly.
